Installation of pipe sight glass:

1. Selection of installation location. The pipe mirror is installed at a certain point in the pipe. It is used to let the staff observe, so the selection of location is very important. The first is the location. If it is installed at a very partial position, every observation will take half a day, which may affect the enthusiasm and timeliness of the staff

2. Selection of height. The pipe mirror is used for observation, mainly manual observation (a few are replaced by installation of monitoring equipment). Therefore, the installation height of the pipe mirror is subject to the convenient observation of personnel. If it is too high, it is very inconvenient to use the climbing tool every time; if it is too low, it may be difficult to observe clearly

3. Sufficient light. Since it's observation, light is a crucial condition. It's impossible to see clearly in the dark position. Therefore, the pipe mirror must be installed in the pipe position with sufficient light, or specially equipped with lighting device

4. Installation of pipeline mirror lens. The installation of mirror lens shall ensure that the mirror base is flat and smooth, the gasket between the mirror and the mirror base is flat, the gasket is not damaged and does not stick grease. Before tightening the screws, make sure that the mirror base and cover are installed correctly, and then slowly tighten the screws diagonally

5. For flange or threaded pipe mirror device, make sure that the gasket is installed well before operation. Retighten the bolts if necessary. Ensure that the gasket between the pipe and the pipe mirror is installed correctly, the connecting flange is not damaged, and adjust the connecting screw. Not only to ensure that the accessories connected with the mirror lens are well sealed, but also to ensure that the seal between the mirror and the pipe is good. And ensure that the pressure in the pipe does not exceed the rated pressure

6. After installation, there should be no additional pressure on the pipe mirror, otherwise the mirror will be subjected to uneven force and the mirror glass will be broken.

Mirror production is in accordance with hgj501 ~ 502-86 pressure vessel mirror standard manufacturing, according to the needs of users to arrange production; product material: shell: carbon steel, stainless steel lens material: tempered borosilicate glass, plexiglass, quartz glass sealing material: 0.6-2.5mpa, working temperature: - 20-200 ºC; mainly: zzhb through mirror (including zzhb-y impeller type and zzhb-b pendulum plate type) and Zzhb-bl glass tube mirror
