Product Description
The pneumatic actuator of AT series valve is driven through compressed air, it is the driven device of open-close ball valve, butterfly valve and also other angle rotary valves. It is the perfect set to realized the remote centralization or separately control industrial automation pipeline.
According to the customer's demands, we can install solenoid valve , locator(the opening indication), signal feedback device, strainer, pressure reducing valve, all kinds of limited switch and manual device in the pneumatic actuator .

2. Working air pressure: 0.4~0.7 MPa
3. Working environmental pressure:
Standard type: -20ºC~+80ºC
High temperature type: -20ºC~+180ºC(short time can up to 200ºC)

5. Solenoid valve voltage: AC220V or DC24V (also according to the customer's requirement )

To ensure the stability and reliability of its quality, the group company uses CNC machine tools, CNC multi-station machining center, extra large processing size (5 meters) vertical lathes and large drilling center for its major machining tasks, maintaining a world automation level throughout its production process. The group company also procures advanced detection equipment and type testing platform for nondestructive testing, spectrum analysis, CMM measuring, supersonic spraying, heat treatment, low leakage test, life test, low temperature performance test, and wear and high temperature resistance test, which not only enhances the machining and testing ability of the factory but also supports the development of new products for harsh industrial environment, thus ensuring the stability of product quality.
The company also has a large casting base and owns a B3R 125 electric furnace, 3-ton, 5-ton, and 10-ton cupola furnaces, a mobile resin molding line, an epoxy powder spraying line, and a testing center, providing strong and powerful hardware guarantee for the manufacturing of quality valves.
Bohai Valve has long used the advanced management concepts to their factory management and applied the resource management system and warehouse management system to all its products for quality management.
