Product Description

Water hammer Rubber disc Swing Check Valve

I .Features

1, valve disc and body shape design,Improve the flow direction of medium and reduce the flow resistance coefficient
2, the structure of the valve using short forms, although the head loss than lift mute check older, but small volume, price cheap
3, compact structure, orientation between shaft and guide frame is equipped with nonmetal lubrication, flexible disc lift, won't produce lock phenomenon,
4,skeleton rubber sealing ring inlaid on the valve body directly, to avoid the medium directly scour of sealing ring, long time use
5, the valve disc opening and closing stroke is short, can effectively prevent the water hammer
6. Suitable for water supply and drainage system, high-rise building pipe network, can be installed at the outlet of the pump, the structure is slightly changed, can be used as suction bottom valve, but not for sewage pipe network

II ,Principle Structure
1. During the use of the valve, the medium flows in the direction of the arrow shown.
2. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is opened by the force of the medium;Medium countercurrent, due to the weight of the valve disc and valve disc by the medium reverse force, so that the sealing surface of the valve disc and seat close, to prevent the purpose of media countercurrent.
3. The sealing surface of valve body and disc is made of stainless steel.
4, the length of the valve structure according to the provisions of GB12221-1989, flange connection size according to JB/T79-1994.

III,Performance parameters:

DN	40-800 mm
PN	1.0----1.6  MPa
