AT series Pneumatic actuator for valves
I ,Use
The pneumatic actuator of AT series valve is driven through compressed air, it is the driven device of open-close ball valve, butterfly valve and also other angle rotary valves. It is the perfect set to realized the remote centralization or separately control industrial automation pipeline.
According to the customer's demands, we can install solenoid valve , locator(the opening indication), signal feedback device, strainer, pressure reducing valve, all kinds of limited switch and manual device in the pneumatic actuator .

Standard type: -20ºC~+80ºC
High temperature type: -20ºC~+180ºC(short time can up to 200ºC)

5. Solenoid valve voltage: AC220V or DC24V (also according to the customer's requirement )

- Extrusion of high quality aluminum alloy cylinder block, the precision machining of inner hole and outside surface of hard anodized(special condition anodic oxidation+coverage), the service life long, Low friction coefficient.
- One-piece design, all of the double action and single action actuator model have the same cylinder body and and cover, it is convenient to change the action type through add spring or take out of spring.
- Combined prediction operator safety spring set, whatever the install process or in using process, it can be convenient and safe to install or add spring quantity.
- The two separate adjusting screw of External side for installed on the valve actuator is more accurate and convenient, Regulating valve open and valve closed position, If you need to adjust the whole process, needing to add long adjusting screw at the two end cover configuration.
- Multiple acting indicator, the scene visual indicator, according with VID/VIE3845, Standard tank, can install and output all of the accessory, for example limited switch box, electro pneumatic positioner, position sensor(PEPPERL FUCHS, TURK)
- Air supply connector accord with standard, Solenoid valve of standards can be installed directly.
- Rack on the back of the composite bearing and the piston guide ring and the output shaft bearing, etc to prevent metal to metal friction, and increase the lubrication, low friction, long life.
- All fasteners are stainless steel materials, corrosion for a long time.
- Connection part conform to the new international standard specifications ISO05211,DIN337(F03-F25) making production installation interchangeable , general.
